The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, but they were a little smaller than what I am used to, making it a bit tight for us with our huge luggages. The service, including the guard, was awesome, very friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect with Muni and Bart stops right outside, though a bit sketchier than expected. The dining area was still in renovation, and the facilities provided were good.

The hotel room was ready early for us, so we could check in and freshen up before heading out for the day without worrying about our bags. However, the area around the hotel had many drug addicts and homeless people, which was a bit concerning. On a positive note, there was a water fountain in the hall that was convenient.
